If you have the grit to make the impossible possible and want to lead initiatives that genuinely matter, this is the role for you.

The Role: Make a Real Impact

  • Collaborative & Supportive Environment: You’ll work hand-in-hand with Business Analysts, Technical Teams, Scrum Teams, and Senior Leadership (including our CFO and Head of Pricing). We are a matrix team that succeeds together.
  • Work-Life Balance: We know you do your best work when you feel your best. We are deeply committed to a healthy work-life balance that respects your time, energy, and life outside of the office.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven Delivery: A strong track record of successfully delivering technical and business change projects, including managing vendors, third parties, and in-house development.
  • Qualifications & Methodology: A professional PM qualification (Agile, Scrum, PMP, or APM) combined with strong project planning skills and experience managing multiple concurrent deliveries.
  • Master Communicator: The ability to cut through the noise, manage senior stakeholders, and unite business and technical teams under a shared vision.
  • Resilience & Focus: Adept at identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and navigating complex challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus points: Direct experience in an insurance pricing or actuarial setting, or a track record of implementing B2B, B2C, or B2B2C services.
