As Doubtless Pet Care continues to grow, we are seeking a Engagement & Inclusion Partner to join our People team.
As our Engagement and Inclusion Partner, you'll help shape a positive and inclusive colleague experience. Working within the Talent & Culture team, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition and colleague voice.
You'll oversee engagement surveys, drive action planning, and partner with HR and business leaders to use colleague feedback and insights to improve how we support our people and culture.

What you`ll get up to as our Engagement & Inclusion Partner
- Lead and support the delivery of our engagement agenda, helping to strengthen colleague experience and build a culture where people feel connected, informed and valued.
- Own the mechanics of engagement surveys, including planning, timelines, stakeholder coordination, communications and smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Support leaders and teams to understand survey findings and translate insight into clear, practical and measurable actions that improve the colleague experience.
- Track action planning activity and progress, helping to ensure colleague feedback leads to visible change and sustained follow-through.
- Strengthen colleague voice by creating meaningful opportunities for colleagues to share feedback, ideas and experiences through formal and informal listening channels.
- Support the development and ongoing success of colleague communities, networks and forums that build connection, belonging and representation across the business.
- Help shape and deliver inclusion priorities and initiatives, embedding inclusive thinking into everyday people practices and colleague experience.
- Lead and coordinate wellbeing initiatives and campaigns that support colleague health, wellbeing and resilience in practical and meaningful ways.
- Manage and support internal awards and recognition activity, external award submissions, and external benchmarks that celebrate progress, showcase our culture and strengthen our employer brand
- Use engagement, inclusion and wellbeing data to identify themes, monitor progress and provide insight-led recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create clear, engaging communications and materials to support campaigns, reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Partner effectively with HR colleagues, leaders and teams across the business to support delivery of key People priorities.
- Ensure all activity is aligned to the wider People strategy, organisational priorities and relevant policies and standards.

- Skilled in managing survey processes and action planning cycles with strong organisation, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and credibility to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Clear and thoughtful communication, both written and verbal that has impact.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data and feedback into practical action.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to encourage participation, build commitment and support progress.
- Collaborative and relationship-focused approach, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams , functions and entities
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, respect and creating a positive and meaningful colleague experience.
- Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance empathy with delivery.
- Background in employee engagement, inclusion, employee experience, organisational development, HR or a related People role.
- Hands-on delivery of managing engagement surveys, listening activity and action planning.
- Involvement in initiatives focused on colleague voice, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition or internal communities.
- Confidence using data, feedback and insight to identify themes, inform decisions and track progress.
- Track record of working with stakeholders across functions and levels to deliver People priorities.
- Delivery of programmes, campaigns or projects from planning through to implementation and review.
- Exposure to award submissions, recognition activity or external benchmarking is beneficial.
- Knowledge of current thinking and good practice in engagement, inclusion and wellbeing would be advantageous.
