We’re Animal Friends, and we have a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) opportunity for a Digital Product Executive to join our team while one of our amazing team members is on maternity leave.
Whether you\'re early in your product journey or bringing some digital experience with you, this is a fantastic chance to grow your skills, gain valuable insight and help support our evolving digital product strategy.

At Animal Friends, you can choose to be based remotely within the UK, within our Amesbury office, or hybrid (a mixture of both)
What you`ll do
To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be involved in:
- Supporting the execution of our digital product strategy to drive conversions, revenue, and ROI.
- Conducting market research and gather customer insights to inform product development.
- Collaborating with design, development, content, and compliance teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Maintaining product roadmaps and support prioritised features based on business needs.
- Managing change requests and advocate for product team priorities.
- Tracking performance metrics and drive data-informed improvements.
- Contributing to user research and persona development for a user-first approach.
- Aligning digital products with our vision, values, and business objectives.
- Assisting with content updates, workshops, and ongoing training.
- Ensuring compliance and fairness across digital platforms.
- Staying current with industry trends and support continuous innovation
Who you are
- Proven experience in product management or digital roles, delivering successful websites, e-commerce platforms, or customer hubs.
- Skilled in task management tools (e.g., Asana) and data platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, Data Studio, and ContentSquare.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience supporting and managing digital projects with a passion for solving real user and business challenges.
