We’re looking for a sharp, pragmatic and experienced Compliance Manager to join us for a 6-month sprint, helping us safeguard our brand while we reach more pet parents than ever before.

The Role

This isn’t a "check-the-box" exercise. You’ll make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment, directly influencing how we engage with our Marketing community. The role will also focus on optimising our use of AI and workflow tools for financial Promotion approval.

  • Second-Line Approvals: Deliver high-quality, prompt reviews of marketing material across AFI.
  • Modern Oversight: Design and embed control frameworks for partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
  • Empower the Team: Design and deliver training to help our Marketers understand the "why" behind the "what."
  • Future-Proofing: Identify opportunities for AI and automation to streamline our review processes.
  • Stakeholder Partnering: Build genuine relationships, offering constructive challenge and collaborative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Basics: Deep knowledge of ICOBS, FCA Financial Promotions requirements, the Appointed Representatives Regime and the Consumer Duty.
  • The Experience: You’ve worked in a second-line compliance role within insurance or financial services and been involved in approving Financial Promotions.
  • The Mindset: You’re a self-starter who can work autonomously, interpret complex regs and offer pragmatic, business-focused advice.
  • The Tech Angle: Experience with third-party marketing approvals (influencers/affiliates) is a huge plus.
