Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an Analyst to join our Compliance Advisory Team!

Working across the Pinnacle Pet Group (PPG), you’d be employed by Animal Friends Insurance, providing second line advisory support across PPG’s UK regulated entities. Focusing primarily on pet insurance, you’ll have a great understanding of ICOBs regulations be & experienced in providing regulatory advice, approving Financial Promotions, writing Compliance Policies and supporting regulatory horizon scanning.

What you’ll do as ourCompliance Advisory Analyst

  • Advise stakeholders on regulatory matters across key business areas, relating to insurance distribution and product governance.
  • Advise on compliance risks and appropriate controls.
  • Respond to day-to-day compliance queries and escalate where necessary.
  • Review and approve financial promotions and marketing content.
  • Draft clear, business-focused regulatory guidance and communications.
  • Support implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and governance.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and maintain horizon scanning processes.
  • Deliver compliance training and support change initiatives.
  • Produce insightful compliance reports.

What we look for in you

  • Proven Compliance and Regulatory experience, in a 2 nd line Compliance role, covering general insurance.
  • Experience of writing regulatory policy.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK regulation, particularly in relation to FCA, PRA knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyse regulatory developments and provide an initial impact assessment to business activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, organise & prioritise and manage workloads, whilst delivering a high standard of service.
