We're looking for a

Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.

The role is 6 hours per week on a Sunday.

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
  • Sales & Performance
  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
  • Customer Experience
  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
