We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years revenue closing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of consistently hitting quota.
  • Has experience running a full sales cycle within an existing customer base, from discovery and commercial framing through negotiation to close.
  • You have strong commercial acumen and can build compelling business cases that tie product value to practice-level outcomes.
  • Is a hunter who thrives on revenue targets, is disciplined in pipeline management, and relentless in pursuing expansion across a large book of accounts.
  • Is in the UK / European timezone and can do site visits to UK customers.

  • You’ll deliver real, tangible value that grows Anima’s impact.
  • Your north star metric is expansion ARR closed. Everything you do ladders up to growing revenue from the existing customer base.
  • You’ll own expansion revenue across a defined book of GP practices — identifying, qualifying and closing upsell and cross-sell across all Anima product lines.
  • You’ll run the full sales cycle within your accounts, from identifying pain points and building champion relationships through to commercial framing, negotiation and close.
  • You’ll learn at an exponential rate.
  • You’ll manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and competitive displacement of incumbents.
