About the Role
The Operational Performance Specialist works closely with veterinary hospitals to ensure that centrally designed initiatives are effectively implemented in daily clinical practice. This role is strongly field-oriented and execution-focused. The Specialist translates insights, priorities and actions defined by the Value Protection leadership and Data Manager into real operational change in clinics, ensuring adoption, feedback and continuous improvement. This is not a pure data role: data is an input, but impact is created through observation, engagement and execution in hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support roll-out of operational and value protection initiatives in hospitals, spending time on-site when required.
- Observe real clinical workflows and identify gaps between designed processes and actual execution.
- Actively support hospitals during pilots, early implementations and scale-up phases.
- Reinforce adoption of agreed standards, behaviors and ways of working.
- Capture qualitative feedback from clinicians, nurses and hospital managers.
- Track progress, risks and blockers in implementation, escalating where needed.
- Translate insights from the field into clear feedback for central teams (Data Manager, VP leadership).
- Support light analysis and simple reporting to evidence adoption and impact.
- Contribute to documentation of best practices, lessons learned and playbooks for replication.
Profile & experience
- Strong interest in clinical operations, hospital workflows and on-the-ground execution.
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, hospital operations, or similar operational environments is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working directly with clinicians and hospital teams, without formal authority.
- Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to understand and interpret data, but primarily motivated by turning insights into action.
- Willingness to travel and spend time in hospitals when needed.
Our offer:
- Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to shape the future of veterinary care, together.
- An industry competitive salary and benefits package.
- A stimulating work environment with good opportunities for personal development.
- Freedom to take responsibility and the opportunity to influence.
- Flexible working hours, hybrid working, international, digital work environment.
- Learning and development opportunities.
- The opportunity to cuddle our beloved 4-legged friends in our offices.
