About the Role
The Operational Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in strengthening the operational and financial performance of our European network by designing best-in-class billing standards, processes, and tools for our clinics. Working closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams, this role ensures consistent billing practices, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports the deployment of technology and analytics that safeguard value across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong analytical and process improvement skills to make a tangible impact in a purpose-led, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement billing standards and best practices to be followed across all clinics.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure consistent adoption and compliance with billing processes.
- Use business acumen and industry insights to proactively identify operational challenges and deploy effective solutions at a regional level.
- Support process improvement initiatives and drive system enhancements related to billing and revenue management.
- Develop and maintain operational and financial dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
- Document and communicate best practices, ensuring alignment across markets and business units.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements in billing practices.
- Identify and deploy technology solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in billing processes.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in billing, financial operations, or revenue assurance, ideally in a multisite or healthcare setting.
- Strong working knowledge of billing systems, reporting tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Proven record of delivering operational improvements through collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
