The Position:

We are seeking a Content & Creative Lead with proven luxury brand experience to elevate the visual execution of ÀNI Private Resorts across all touchpoints. This is a creative leadership role that combines strategic creative direction with team management and creative network coordination.

You will work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to define creative strategy, refine the visual identity, and oversee content execution across all channels. As the brand's creative expert, you'll define the look and feel that sets ÀNI apart in the ultra-luxury market, translating our brand values into compelling visual narratives. This role requires someone who understands luxury brand aesthetics intuitively, has successfully art directed content across both digital and print media for premium hospitality or lifestyle brands, and knows what resonates with UHNW audiences. You'll provide creative leadership and art direction while managing a small brand team and leveraging a network of world-class photographers and videographers to execute across four resort destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine ÀNI's visual brand identity, establishing creative guidelines and standards that reflect ultra-luxury positioning across all channels
  • Provide creative direction and art direction for content (social media, website, email, print, guest-facing materials), reviewing and approving work before publication
  • Manage a small brand team, providing creative direction and guidelines
  • Build and maintain a curated network of world-class photographers, videographers, and creative specialists; establish a consistent content pipeline ensuring regular delivery of high-quality assets that meet brand standards
  • Plan and art direct content shoots across four resort locations with Global Marketing Manager, developing creative briefs and shot lists
  • Work with Global Marketing Manager to oversee content strategy and calendar across social media accounts, CRM and marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and business objectives
  • Conduct regular content audits and maintain an organized digital asset library

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • 5+ years in creative leadership roles within luxury brands (hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors)
  • Proven portfolio showcasing creative direction for luxury brands, including brand identity development, art-directed campaigns, and elevated visual content for UHNW audiences
  • Experience managing and leading creative teams, providing direction and developing talent
  • Strong understanding of luxury and ultra-luxury brand aesthetics and UHNW audience expectations
  • Established network or ability to build relationships with top-tier photographers, videographers, and creative talent
  • Expert eye for composition, lighting, styling, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
  • Experience art directing photoshoots in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to travel internationally for content shoots and projects
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on photography or videography skills alongside creative direction experience
  • Experience working with remote, international teams across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with content management systems, project management tools, and CRM systems
  • Additional languages
