Role: Content
Establish a consistent content pipeline ensuring regular delivery of high-quality assets that meet brand standards.
Plan and art direct content shoots across four resort locations with Global Marketing Manager, developing creative briefs and shot lists.
Work with Global Marketing Manager to oversee content strategy and calendar across social media accounts, CRM and marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and business objectives.
Conduct regular content audits and maintain an organized digital asset library.
Qualifications:
- Essential:
- 5+ years in creative leadership roles within luxury brands (hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors).
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative direction for luxury brands, including brand identity development, art-directed campaigns, and elevated visual content for UHNW audiences.
- Experience managing and leading creative teams, providing direction and developing talent.
- Strong understanding of luxury and ultra-luxury brand aesthetics and UHNW audience expectations.
- Established network or ability to build relationships with top-tier photographers, videographers, and creative talent.
- Expert eye for composition, lighting, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Experience art directing photoshoots in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally for content shoots and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on photography or videography skills alongside creative direction experience.
- Experience working with remote, international teams across multiple time zones.
