Augustinian Care is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our friendly team and provide compassionate care to residents in our purpose-built homes near Burgess Hill. You will help residents maintain dignity and wellbeing in a supportive, community-focused setting.
You will implement each resident's person-centred care plan, recording observations such as weight, temperature, pulse, nutrition and fluid intake, while helping residents stay independent and engaged.
