Augustinian Care, St George’s Park, near Burgess Hill, is seeking a Chef to run the home’s Catering department. You will plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents across breakfast, lunch and dinner, while ensuring high quality service, hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
You will plan new menus with the Home Manager, accommodate special dietary needs, and maintain accurate records like temperature charts and stock lists.
