Angusfield House Care Home provides nursing, dementia, and palliative care for up to 40 residents, located in Aberdeen's West End.
Deputy Manager Contract: £25.00 per hour, Full time hours per week. Paid NMC/PVG, pension and uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).

Whether you are an experienced Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or existing Deputy Manager, your ability to lead with confidence, support others and maintain exceptional standards will directly influence the daily experience of residents, families and the wider team.
What Matters Most:
- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN is essential.
- Previous leadership experience within a care home or clinical environment is required.
- Strong clinical knowledge with confidence supporting audits, care planning and medication management.
