To assist with all research and development trials at Sandbrook Grounds.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick and weigh fruit, recording their data
- Plant fruit crop
- Prune plants and help with propagation
- Assist with general plant maintenance
- Assist with the implementation of the breeding programme
- Participate in the individual performance management process, achieving SMART targets and continuous personal development
- Participate in the development and achievement of the R&D Departmental Vision
- Undertake any other duty commensurate with the role

Physical Requirements:
A level of physical fitness is also required and it would be beneficial if candidates have prior experience.
