Location: Based in Belfast, BT4, the role will involve some travel throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK (valid driving licence and access to own vehicle required).

Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced architecture and property development company with a growing track record of delivering award-winning projects. ANGUS PROPERTIES also works as the in-house architecture, construction and property management company for the wider business group including Argento Contemporary Jewellery, Lets Go Padel and Lets Go Hydro. The role involves supporting property management operations and maintaining accurate records. This will be a diverse role, that will include supporting every stage of the development process from taking site photographs, updating service charges, and updating costs. You will also be involved in administrating and supporting other developments and projects in the wider business group with your colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and experience with property management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property listings, tenant communications, and lease administration
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within property management systems
  • Support the organisation of property inspections and maintenance schedules
  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and provide prompt assistance to tenants and clients
  • Maintain organised records of property transactions, correspondence, and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
  • Carry out property inspections, check in, check out, condition and inventory reports

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proven ability to upsell services in a courteous and effective manner
  • Administrative experience in a property or real estate environment is advantageous
  • Strong report-writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient with software packages such as Microsoft Office and applications
  • Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate, when required
  • Must have valid driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Right to Work in the UK
