We’ve been exclusively instructed by one of Europe’s most exciting tech scale-ups (now a bona fide unicorn!) to appoint a strategic, commercially astute Head of Legal to join their high-performing executive team working closely with the C-Suite to advise on corporate matters and have oversight of the existing in-house team.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a high-impact, board-facing role at the heart of a global tech companies growth journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead a small international legal team and act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite on all things corporate law, governance and strategic transactions. You’ll also lend your expertise to high-value commercial deals that are shaping the future of the business.

My client is looking for highly motivated, top-tier in-house lawyers with a great story:
- 8–12 years’ PQE, ideally trained/qualified at a Magic Circle or White Shoe firm.
- A strong foundation in corporate law, with experience in M&A, venture capital and governance.
- 3–5 years in private practice, followed by a successful in-house trajectory within a high-growth tech, fin-tech or SaaS business.
- A proven ability to lead teams, influence at board level and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
