Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar. An exciting opportunity has arisen for two high calibre, fully qualified accountants to become part of the Finance Directorate of Angus Council. As Team Leader you will lead and manage a team ensuring that they perform well and in line with service aims, goals and objectives.

One position will be within Service Support, leading a team ensuring accountancy support is provided to services of the council and the other position is within Corporate Support, leading a team ensuring delivery of corporate responsibilities in Treasury Management and coordination and monitoring of the Capital Budget and Annual Accounts.

This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid+. You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
