In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. You will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex disabilities. You will be required to support individuals with personal care and also support for eating and drinking while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
You will also be required to support service users with various activities which have been identified through assessed need such as rebound therapy, adapted bikes, hydro-therapy, swimming as well as attend community groups and in-house activities.
Those with disabilities, recognised caring responsibilities, care experienced young people and ex-armed forces personnel. This also applies to our own employees with caring responsibilities, young people on apprenticeships and placements who meet the essential criteria for the job.
