Job Description

Based at Rosehill Resource Centre, Forties Road, Montrose.

This job is Workstyle 1 – Fixed. In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

Please note: This post is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship as the salary does not meet the Home Office requirements. Applicants should only apply if they do not require UK visa sponsorship.

You will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex disabilities, to live ordinary lives. You will be required to support individuals with personal care and also support for eating and drinking.

You will also be required to support service users with various activities which have been identified through assessed need such as rebound therapy, adapted bikes, hydro-therapy, swimming as well as attend community groups and in-house activities.

A driving license is essential for this post.
