Based at Hayshead Primary School, Arbroath. This job is workstyle 1 – Fixed. In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front‑line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

Working in the school office, you will be responsible for the input of data in the SEEMIS database, maintaining and updating pupil records and processing school funds, including the operation of the ParentPay system and reconciling the DSM and School Fund budget. You may also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail. You will undertake reception duties and be the first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.

You will work 36.25 hours per week, term time working pattern (199 days).
