This job is Workstyle 1 – Fixed
 
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated guitar and bass guitar instructor to join our team of instrumental education specialists in Angus.

\\n

Responsibilities include teaching guitar and bass guitar to pupils of varying ages and stages, from complete beginners through to S6 pupils wishing to audition for music college. 

\\n

We are looking for a guitar/ bass guitar specialist that can encourage and lead pupil engagement in solo and ensemble playing, participation in school, regional and national music groups, local music festivals, participation in external performance exams (ABRSM/Trinity College London etc.), and to convey the joy and importance of music as part of life-long learning.

Please note interviews will be held Thursday, 23 October 2025.

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
