You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

You will be part of a team providing legal services to the Council. The team focusses on services in respect of licensing, debt recovery and regulation but is involved in other aspects of local authority legal work.
\n
Your main duties will be in leading the legal debt recovery processes for the Council. You will support the other work of the team and have your own caseload. In addition, you will represent the council in court actions, tribunals and inquiries and may attend and provide advice to Committees.
\n
