This job is workstyle 1.

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
\n
As an Alarm Receiving Centre Social Care Officer you will respond to alarm activations and emergency calls from individuals who rely on our service for reassurance, safety, and support. Through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, you will help service users maintain their independence while ensuring appropriate assistance is provided when needed.
