Based at Glamis Primary School, 2 Strathmore Road, Glamis, Forfar. This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed. In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
Working in the school office at Glamis Primary school, you will be responsible for the input of data in the SEEMIS database, maintaining and updating pupil records and processing school funds including the operation of the ParentPay system and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget/Petty Cash. You may also manage SMT diaries.
You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system. You will also be required to provide remote clerical cover at Eassie Primary School. You will work 35 hours per week, term time working pattern (199 days). This job is temporary until no later than 1 July 2027. Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager/organisation.
