Job Description Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is Workstyle 5 – Hybrid You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices.

This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Inspector to join our Property Asset team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving a diverse property portfolio, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and well maintained.

The successful candidate will undertake property inspections, identify maintenance requirements, monitor repair works, and provide technical support to help deliver high-quality property services.
