The Opportunity

You don’t need to have all the answers yet — what matters most is your curiosity, motivation, and excitement to learn how big infrastructure works.
One day you could be helping inspect a bridge, the next you’re supporting drainage solutions or contributing to major improvement projects that thousands of people rely on. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team of engineers who’ll show you the ropes, help you build confidence, and guide you as you take on more responsibility. You’ll also join site visits across Angus — meaning you’ll need a valid driving licence to travel between locations.

- Four Scottish Highers (or equivalent) at Grade B or above, including Maths and a science or engineering subject (Physics is preferred), or other relevant subjects, or equivalent qualification, or Foundation Apprenticeship, or relevant construction experience.
