The role focuses on supporting parents facing barriers to training, education and employment, delivering intensive, person-centred support across Angus communities.

You will develop individual learning plans, coordinate support pathways and collaborate with employers and partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes, while working in a hybrid model with home and council-based activities.
