Job Description Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5 - Hybrid You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices.

This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

The Business and Customer Support team operates as one integrated team.

While you may be appointed to a particular area of responsibility, duties can change to meet service demands.

Flexibility and a positive approach to change are essential.

This job will be based within the Contact Centre, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers by telephone, email and webchat.

It requires strong communication skills, collaboration, adaptability and a commitment to providing a high-quality service.

This job is temporary until no later than 31 March 2027.

Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered.

You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
