Based at Tannadice Primary School, 17 Southesk Road, Tannadice. This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.

In this workstyle, most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role, there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

You will work 30 hours per week, term time only (195 days). You will work in the school office, responsible for the input of data in the SEEMIS database, maintaining and updating pupil records, and processing school funds including the operation of Parent Pay and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget. You will also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail.

You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.
