The Opportunity

As part of our team, you’ll help people across Angus access important services while learning how a modern finance team works behind the scenes. No experience needed — just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to get stuck in.

You’ll join a friendly team, try out real tasks from day one, and get support from people who want to see you grow. You’ll earn a recognised qualification, gain confidence in a professional environment, and discover what you’re good at along the way.

This job is temporary for up to 18 months from date of appointment.

Self-selection interviews will be offered during the period 13th April - 15th May.

Helping You Feel Prepared for Interview

If you’re invited to interview, we’ll make the process fair, supportive and free of surprises and you can choose a date and time that suits you and the recruiting manager. Our aim is to help you feel calm, prepared and confident in showing your strengths. You’ll receive the interview questions in advance, along with example questions you may want to ask us. You will be asked these questions in a conversational way to help you share your experiences.
