This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work in AIST (Adolescents Intensive Support Team) which was formed in 2025. AIST provide an intensive, responsive, needs-led service to support young people aged 12-18 years and their families/carers who find themselves at risk of breakdown in their living situation. The service provides a range of interventions and assessments to support young people, family relationships, parenting, and reunification plans to enable families to remain together or to be reunited. This can involve daily sessions for young people, direct support for parents/carers and group work. AIST also support young people from Angus who are looked after outwith the local authority area. You will support the case responsible Social Worker in the referring team who have identified that intensive support is required. The young people may be receiving voluntary support, be looked after, receiving support via care and risk management processes or be on the child protection register. You will be expected to occasionally work across Scotland or the United Kingdom to support and assess young people, depending on their placement and living arrangements. You will be required to work on a rota system which covers scheduled evening support until 10pm and weekends until 7pm.
