Training consultant

Angove Partners is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing London team, specialising in the Insurance and Financial Services markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging and securing the best industry talent for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct detailed research and analysis to source, screen, and qualify potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for a range of roles. You will be responsible for providing an excellent experience to candidates and supporting clients by attracting exceptional talent. Building long-lasting relationships with candidates to place them into active positions by interviewing them to understand their suitability, experience, and motivations. Conducting market research to understand industry trends and talent availability. Stay updated on competitor activities and talent movements within the industry. Using innovative and creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates. Advertising current vacancies, seeking out referrals, and headhunting to attract high-quality candidates. Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Participating in team training sessions and providing constructive input in meetings. Experience as an Agency Researcher, Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, or Consultant within a recruitment agency (preferred). Experience in sourcing and engaging with candidates across Insurance, Financial Services, or a similar vertical/ industry. Motivated by providing high-quality service that adds value to the team and wider business. A critical thinker with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a great eye for detail.
