As a Tax Underwriter, you will assess and underwrite tax risk policies for a range of transactions, working closely with brokers, legal professionals, and clients to structure tailored insurance solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate or tax professional (1–3 years PQE) looking to transition into a dynamic underwriting role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess tax risks associated with M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and other financial arrangements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of tax opinions, legal documentation, and financial statements to evaluate risk exposure.
  • Collaborate with brokers, legal counsel, and internal teams to structure and price tax liability insurance policies.
  • Monitor market trends, legislative changes, and case law developments to ensure informed underwriting decisions.
