This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.
What will you be doing?
- Review and assess complex real estate issues arising from corporate transactions, restructurings, or investments.
- Evaluate legal opinions and advice from law firms or accounting firms.
- Draft bespoke real estate W&I insurance policy wording tailored to the specific risk.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, law firms, real estate advisors, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with M&A teams, corporate lawyers, and real estate professionals to meet tight transaction deadlines.
