Angove Partners is partnering with an award-winning insurance underwriter, seeking a M&A Analyst in London. This is an exciting opportunity for law graduates with experience/interest in M&A who are looking to build their career within M&A/Transactional Risk Insurance.
What is the role?
As a member of the underwriting team on transactional insurance deals, the M&A Analyst will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.
What will you be doing?
- Analysing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements
- Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies
- Directly supporting senior underwriters on live M&A deals
- Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow
- Engaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and accountants
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings
What do you need to apply to this role?
We anticipate that candidates will have a law degree, LLB or LLM and experience in M&A would be advantageous.
