Angove Partners is partnering with an award-winning insurer, seeking a Property D&F Senior Claims Adjuster in London. This is a key strategic hire, and the successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the growth of the business.
The role:
As a senior member of the claims team, the Claims Adjuster will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to D&F Claims. This role is based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of claims, including complex cases directly with or alongside colleagues whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with Underwriting teams on claims and wording issues to support profitable account development and business retention.
- Maintain awareness of the company's risk appetites, delegated authority, financial crime, and conduct rules. Act as a values champion and comply with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- 3 years+ experience with Property D&F
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
