We are working with a market leading insurance broker seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join their Bristol team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is looking to expand their real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
  • Represent clients in negotiations with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and property valuations to support client strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local and national real estate market trends
  • Work closely with clients
