We are working with a market leading insurance broker seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join their Bristol team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who is looking to expand their real estate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
- Conduct relevant Real Estate due diligence
- Represent clients in negotiations with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and property valuations to support client strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
- Maintain a strong understanding of local and national real estate market trends
- Ability to work closely with clients.
What do you need to apply
