We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Paralegal in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle incoming enquiries from clients, brokers, and third parties
- Provide support to brokers, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle.
- Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
- Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow
About you:
- Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in M&A/Corporate Law is desirable.
- Experience in a law firm
