You will support claims under W&I and tax insurance, review SPAs, disclosure letters and policy wordings, and analyse legal and factual issues arising from claims.
You will liaise with insurers, brokers, clients and external counsel, supporting negotiation and resolution of claims and tracking progress with regular reporting.
