We have a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Credit Risk team. They are a small but growing insurance firm offering an incredibly flat structure as well as fantastic exposure to the market. They are after a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual seeking to kick-start their career in the Insurance industry. The position will be based from their office in London.
About the role:
This is an ideal role for a confident, personable and hardworking individual to work in a dynamic and fast growing specialty line of insurance. As a Junior, you will be assisting with operational aspects of the business as well as encouraged to service existing clients in the finance, banking and commodities sectors and also, over time, acquire and develop new clients. If you want to get stuck in, meet new people and build fantastic relationships as well as a long standing career, then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Develop positive relationships and build trust with clients
- Identify marketing opportunities and areas of growth
- Plan the most appropriate insurance program for the client’s demands and needs
- Take control of your own day - Having the exposure and freedom to drive your own success.
About you:
- Either: 1-2 years experience within Credit & Political Risk insurance OR an enthusiastic graduate who has a real drive for business, isn’t afraid to work in a start-up environment and be a part of team/company build
- Any internship experience within Insurance would be hugely advantageous but not essential
- A desire to build a career in the insurance market, especially within Credit & Political Risk
- Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task and customer focused environments
- Desire to get stuck in from Day 1 and use your own initiative. Not afraid to go out and get to work
- Additional Language Skills are advantageous
