Angove Partners are working with an Investment Manager who hold just over $3bn AUM who have recently launched a CLO platform. This is a very good opportunity if you want to be a part of the development of a new CLO platform, with meaningful responsibility and who already have several CLOs funded by an Institutional Investor.
Responsibilities
- Investment Research & Credit Analysis; conduct credit analysis and investment research on leveraged loan opportunities, supporting portfolio management and investment decisions.
- CLO Portfolio Management & Surveillance; support CLO portfolio management through portfolio monitoring, compliance oversight, reporting, stress testing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Platform Development & Infrastructure; support CLO platform development through process enhancement, systems implementation, compliance, reporting, and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years experience within Leveraged Finance, CLOs, Structured Credit or Credit Investing.
- Experience at a CLO manager, credit fund, investment bank, rating agency, or alternative asset manager preferred.
- Strong understanding of Leveraged Loans, Credit Markets, and CLO structures.
- Degree-level education in finance, economics, or a related discipline; CFA or equivalent qualification advantageous.
