They’re now looking for an ambitious graduate or school leaver to join as a Junior Broker / Account Handler in a role that offers hands-on training, exposure to a variety of clients and markets, and a clear pathway for career progression within the insurance industry.

About the role

You’ll support senior team members with day-to-day tasks, learn how to manage client relationships, and get hands-on experience across the full process of placing and servicing business. As you grow, you’ll take on your own accounts and help clients secure the right cover while building lasting relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing client proposals, renewals, and policy docs.
  • Work closely with senior team members to support client and team objectives.
  • Keeping records up to date and handling admin.
  • Communicating with clients and insurers by phone, email, and meetings.
  • Help prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Assist with market queries, data entry, and premium processing.
  • Building your product knowledge and staying on top of market trends.
  • Grow your expertise through hands-on learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Working towards professional qualifications with full training support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Detail-oriented and organised recent graduate or A-Level leaver.
  • Strong communicator with a professional, confident approach.
