This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a market-leading M&A insurance team as a Due Diligence Analyst. Working with Private Equity, Corporate, and Infrastructure clients, you will play a key role in advising clients on insurance-related aspects of acquisitions and divestments. The position requires a proactive, motivated mindset and offers the chance to grow within a dynamic, international team.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing insurance programs to evaluate adequacy and identify issues.
- Analysing insurance costs advising on them.
- Reviewing claims history and identifying notable trends.
- Producing clear, structured due diligence reports for investor clients.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across international offices to deliver best-in-class solutions.
