Angove Partners is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing London team, specialising in the Insurance and Financial Services markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging and securing the best industry talent for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct detailed research and analysis to source, screen, and qualify potential candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for a range of roles.
What you will be doing?
- Providing an excellent experience to candidates and supporting clients by attracting exceptional talent.
- This is a 180 position (non-business development).
- Building long-lasting relationships with candidates to place them into active positions by interviewing them to understand their suitability, experience, and motivations.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and talent availability.
- Staying updated on competitor activities and talent movements within the industry.
- Using innovative and creative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
- Analysing job descriptions and requirements to match candidate profiles.
- Providing support in managing candidate offers and negotiations.
- Advertising current vacancies, seeking out referrals, and headhunting to attract high-quality candidates.
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Achieving set targets and deadlines.
- Participating in team training sessions and providing constructive input in meetings.

Who are we looking for?
- Experience as an Agency Researcher, Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, or Consultant within a recruitment agency (preferred).
- Experience in sourcing and engaging with candidates across Insurance, Financial Services, or a similar vertical/industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Motivated by providing high-quality service that adds value to the team and wider business.
- A critical thinker with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
