We are working with a market leading insurance broker seeking to hire a Real Estate M&A Broker in London. This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced Real Estate M&A Lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.

  • Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
  • Conduct relevant Real Estate transactional due diligence
  • Advise on, structure, and place Warranty and Indemnity and other transactional risk insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with leading law firms and other deal advisors as well as financial investors, corporates, and global insurers
  • Work closely with our regional PEMA hubs on both domestic and regional transactions
  • Take on a highly commercial role while continuing to develop your legal and negotiation skills

1-3+ years of M&A experience from a reputable law firm(s) or equivalent in-house role.

  • Strong understanding of M&A Real Estate transaction dynamics and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality
