What will you be doing?

- Evaluate legal opinions and advice from law firms or accounting firms.
- Draft bespoke real estate W&I insurance policy wording tailored to the specific risk.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, law firms, real estate advisors, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with M&A teams, corporate lawyers, and real estate professionals to meet tight transaction deadlines.
