This is an exciting opportunity within our Client’s Private Equity and M&A division for a bright and enthusiastic person seeking to build a career in the Transactional Risk Insurance industry. Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join an international and growing team based in London.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle incoming enquiries from clients, brokers, and third parties
  • Provide support to brokers, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle.
  • Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
  • Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow
