Your Role as an ESL Mentor
As an ESL Mentor & Conversation Partner, you’ll spend time with Polish participants who are eager to improve their spoken English through natural dialogue and shared experiences. ESL Mentors will assist the Programme Coordinator in running daily sessions and will be required to lead activities and inspire development in the language learners.
- Lead engaging group activities, workshops, and games
- Assist the Coordinator with daily programme logistics and participant support
- Inspire learners to develop confidence and communication skills
- Engage in one‑on‑one and group conversation sessions
- Share your culture, stories, and perspectives
- Experience authentic Polish hospitality in beautiful countryside and mountain venues
No prior experience or qualifications are required — just fluent English and a positive, engaging personality.
What’s Included (Sponsorship Package)
- Accommodation & meals sponsored for the duration of your stay in beautiful hotels
- Weekly support contribution: €127 per week (paid upon completion)
- Travel support between programme cities in Poland
- Certificate of participation and accredited TEFL training (120‑hour + 30‑hour upgrade)
